Despite strong growth, the existing corporate, financial and operational reporting was lacking clarity and was difficult to access key information for confident, commercial decision making.

Key Initiatives
The following initiatives were delivered over a structured 18 month period to fit into the demands and priorities of the business:
Conducted a ‘CFO Review’ focusing on process and technology to determine current gaps and capability to meet current and future requirements.
The findings concluded the need to source and scope new technology (ERP) that would improve the current and future needs of the business. This included improving current processes, reporting and analysis from (corporate, finance and operations) to improve decision making.
Implementing Microsoft Business Central across the organisation incorporating finance, operations, payroll, and CRM integrated into the legacy operational database.
Outcomes
Whilst still early in the delivery process, several significant outcomes have already been realised:
With significant improvements to Management, Operational and Advisory Board reports, clarity on information has driven confidence in decision making to improve the overall productivity and profitability of the organisation.
Further improvements to processes and technology will continue to drive efficiencies reducing reliance on ‘overstaffing’ and offshoring whilst accelerating new and existing growth opportunities.
