Richard is a People, Culture and Talent Specialist with a 25+ year track record of improving the performance of businesses through their people. He partners with boards, shareholders and executives to enhance the value of organisations by identifying and delivering a range of strategic and tactical initiatives with a focus on people, culture, and talent including recruitment.
Richard coaches and mentors leaders on a range of progressive ‘fit-for-purpose’ People, Culture, and strategic Human Resources Improvement Solutions focusing on:
- Talent Management including 20+ years of Executive Search experience with a focus on C-Suite; Executive/Senior/Middle Management and Advisory Board appointments
- Developing and delivering People and Culture Strategy including organisation design & restructure
- Discovering & improving the link between an organisation’s:
Why/Purpose > Values/Behaviours > Organisational Culture > Staff Engagement - Creating and improving Performance Management Frameworks

Graeme Linklater

Graeme is a senior finance executive with a with a 25+ year track record in CEO/CFO/COO roles where he has proven his ability to think strategically, improve systems, processes and outcomes that improve transform business performance.
Graeme uses his extensive CFO experience to coach, train and embed tailored ‘CFO’ solutions for private, entrepreneurial organisations. From his hands on approach to delivering strategic initiatives, his areas of expertise include:
- Review, design and implement fit-for-purpose reporting to enable businesses to make timely, commercial decisions.
- Work with and embed his knowledge on improvements to governance, processes ensuring current or future technology is an enabler to the enterprise.
- Commercially focused technology reviews including the project management and implementation of technology applications to sustained growth and major productivity improvements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset taking an ‘owners view’ in improving productivity and profitability.
- A unique blend of technical accounting, tax, legal balanced with strong analytical skills and commercially astute to identify the critical aspects to enable business success.
- An ability to conceptualise, strategise and logically consider how today’s thinking and planning impacts on the future.
Graeme is a Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Masters of Leadership Management, Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting and Business Law. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
